You saw it here first!
MOOF Magazine are delighted to share with you the brand new photoshoot from Melbourne based flares and bell bottoms brand Flare Street, selling to customers worldwide since 2013, Flare Street are at the forefront of 60’s inspired psychedelic clothing. Lose yourself in this psychedelic dreamworld curated by a talented small team of artists and makers. The exclusive prints featured in the shoot have been specially drawn for Flare Street, with strong 1960’s influences running throughout.
Modelled by Lucy Sotelo and taken at the recently reopened Hotel Esplanade on the St Kilda foreshore in Melbourne, the iconic venue has kept it’s magical old school charm with lush velvet couches, stripped back wallpaper from the early 1900’s and a secret ‘Ladies Only’ pamper room. What better place than this to capture their recent release of celestial inspired flares & bell bottoms?
Their flares are limited edition, printed sustainably in small batches in Sydney and handmade in Melbourne. Made using water based inks and with no toxic chemicals used, this is one of the most environmentally sustainable methods to print fabrics. These flares are a great choice if you’re thinking of buying ethically, interested in sustainable fashion and are in the process of ditching fast-fashion.
As our readers will know, we’re all about supporting independent small businesses and sharing the love, so get down with it and spread the Flare love!
